Version 7.35 of both Landlord’s Property Manager Professional and Regular is now available.
The new version includes a new, improved layout for the rent schedule page, additional functions in the Finance Manager, a more comprehensive Tenant Welcome Pack and improvements to the reporting and analysis functions. The built-in Help and Support has also been enhanced and additional options added to the Preferences section.

Existing users can download this update by going to Help > Check for Updates.
New users will download the full version when they purchase the software.
